● Assist in site planning, solve technical problems, and assist in configuration consulting;
● Assist in developing suitable machine and equipment procurement plans for customers, and provide suggestions for layout design plans based on the site;
● Assist in conducting revenue analysis;
● Provide customers with standard testing of sample brick products.
Pre sale service
In sales services include on-time delivery, on-site installation, and training of debugging personnel to achieve smooth production of equipment
● After the technical agreement/purchase contract is signed, the company will submit a list of standards for the design, manufacturing, assembly, installation, and other aspects of the contracted equipment to the customer for confirmation;
● Assign senior engineers to come to the site for installation and debugging;
● Provide on-site training on operational skills for customer staff, and provide free training for equipment mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel to the company;
● Recommend standardized and personalized product molds or accessories to customers based on specific circumstances;
● In the actual production process, optimize the customer's on-site formula to achieve the best formula effect.
After sales service

● One machine, one file management: The company has established separate equipment file management for each machine, with details and overall service always provided;
