Efficient Vibration
Perfectly combined with Germany's most advanced vibration technology, the vibration is driven by a moving table. It consists of two parts: a static table and a static table. By changing the phase angle of the eccentric axis, the vibration motor can run continuously without frequent starts and stops, and can be effectively and evenly. By transmitting vibration force, the molding time of the product is shorter and the density is higher.
Force Feeding
A 360°motor is used to control the stirring shaft. The feeding box, bottom plate and mixing blades are made of high-strength HARDOX steel, which has excellent wear resistance. Through the composite feeding of forced stirring and repeated swinging, the feeding is more uniform and the product quality is greatly improved.
Servo Vibration Monitoring System
It is used to monitor the working status of the servo vibration system, including detecting the amplitude, displacement and acceleration of the vibration table. Excitation force to determine whether it meets the design indicators and factory standards.
Scalable Control System
Reserved opening and closing side devices for the mold (with colored surface curb stones), core pulling devices, (water conservancy blocks/hollow blocks) and other scalable mechanical interfaces can achieve rapid matching of multi-functional new product production. It also reserves a data interface, which is highly scalable and can be compatible with the user's control system; it can also enable users to upgrade and optimize the software on the equipment; providing users with long-term value-added services.
